Review before conclusion.
Service and product requests are not automatically eligible for a return or exchange. A return request must be reviewed directly and may require proof of purchase, confirmation of product issues, or a service issue discussion.
For physical products, product condition, packaging, quantity, lot, and relevant product safety information may affect the outcome. For services, scheduling or scope changes are reviewed based on the actual agreement and any direct confirmation exchanged between the customer and FreClean.
