Service scope, timing, availability and pricing depend on the location and the specific request. Customers should provide accurate contact and property information and tell FreClean about access requirements or relevant limitations.
FreClean may confirm, change or decline a request after discussing the scope. A preferred date or form submission does not reserve a slot. Cancellation, rescheduling, access, no-show and refund terms are discussed with the customer before a confirmed service where they apply.
Products and payment

Product information and availability are provided for enquiry. The website is not an ecommerce checkout. Product size, pricing, pickup or delivery details are confirmed directly before purchase.
FreClean may support cash, Visa, Mastercard and crypto through the CeloHT dApp where available. CeloHT is a separate payment route. The website does not collect raw card details, wallet credentials or payment secrets, and a browser message does not confirm payment.
